Standard Warranty Rates

A schedule of our service and installation policies along with accompanying fees and costs.

Domestic Standard On-Site Service or Installation:

• $5,000 first day; $1,800 each additional day.
  • For locations within continental U.S. only.
  • Includes travel and related expenses.
  • Parts are the only additional service expense.

In-House Standard Service:

• $1,000 per day.
• The number of required service days to be predetermined where possible.
• Equipment to be shipped freight-paid by the customer to:

• Parts are the only additional expense.
• BGA Rework Process Implementation Training is an additional fee.
