The Model ZM-R750 BGA Rework station features Industrial Computer control that will automatically save the temperature curve to generate a large number of log files to facilitate the recall of historical parameters for traceability.

Ideal for those companies that require data collection of all heat profiles executed to an internal database.

The high resolution split vision optical system allows you to place large components up to 80mm on
standard models and up to130mm on custom models. Also excellent for small SMD's like CSP's with
placement accuracy down to ±0.01mm.

The optional Side View Camera will allow you to confirm placement accuracy and observe solder reflow.
